Big George Baltic Porter
When you're the unanimously selected leader of the revolutionary army, crossing a cold, bleak river and battling the redcoats, you don't want a weak, fizzy, yellow beer. You want something dark, something strong enough to curl your powdered wig, and clean your wooden teeth. And that's what Big George represents...

Black Belt Porter
Looking for a big, bold, rich, robust and roasty beer? Our Black Belt drinks surprisingly easy and has a very smooth mouthfeel, so don’t be afraid to dive into a pint. Historically, as technology advanced Porters continued to be brewed stronger. Black Belt is a nod to these “Stout Porters” believed to be the basis of the style, Stout.

Buckbilly Bock
Bock beers were typically brewed in preparation for Spring and symbolized an optimistic transition from hard winter times. These copper-brown Lagers are lightly hopped with little to no hop presence allowing the toasted malt characters to be more evident. A local symbol of this same winter-to-spring transition is our free-range, backwoods, mountain goat (or bock if you want to get all Bavarian and bring this thing full circle). So it’s no coincidence we give a tip of hat and a subtle country wave to our friends in the surrounding hills.

Chumsticke Alt
'The Secret Order of the Chumbilly' ensures that the ways of duct tape and 2-stroke live forever. Like the mysterious highway that weaves and winds its way from Plain to Leavenworth, this full-bodied 'secret' alt will twist your taste-buds with a balance of hop bitterness and smooth chocolate, then bank flavors of roasted malt off your cheeks and finishes as fine as flannel.

Colab Belgian Tripel
*Brewed with Base Camp Brewing Company AT Icicle Brewing Company
The Portland leg of this epic Base Camp-Icicle collaboration brew resulted in a unique spin on a Belgian-style Tripel, featuring housemade, lightly caramelized, invert syrup to ramp up the floral, fruity, and spicy fermentation notes created by Base Camp's house ale yeast, as well as a secondary Belgian ale yeast added during conditioning. This strong, pale brew was then blended with a very light dose of Pinot Gris, adding a drying and mineral undertone to the mix. The resulting quaff glows a pale and hazy gold hue, throwing flowery and fruity aromas into the air through its dense, ivory foam, supported by an extremely complex and satisfying yet dry flavor- perfect on its own, with a fine meal, or as a prelude to a ripping line down Cowboy Mountain's face or through the upper bowl of Heather Canyon. Op uw gezonheid!

Colchuck Citrus Wheat

Common Ground Collaborative Coffee Amber
Any brewer will tell you it takes copious amounts of coffee to make beer. Just as any late night coffee roasting requires a beer or two. It’s this relationship that inspired our collaboration with J5 Coffee, a local coffee roaster, to create an Amber-Lager that blends the sweetness of malted barley with the plum and citrus notes of this Guatemalan coffee. It’s as though the beer and coffee played a game of red rover, sending unique flavors and aromas back and forth until they were combined into one giant hand holding libation.

Copper Ale
Traditionally, this slightly sweet, full bodied strong ale is classified as a Scotch Ale which also is known as "Wee Heavy". However, in the 19th century they were known as 160/- which was in reference to the shilling currency. But we judged this carefully crafted a Scotch-style Ale by its cover... or rather, color. Our Copper Ale finds itself at the crossroads of sweet and malty, full-bodied and strong, light and dark, wee and heavy. So regardless of what you call it, ordering another will be the best call you make all day.

Dark Vader Black IPA
It is a period of brewery unrest. Rebel brewers, striking from the Northwest, have won their first victory against the Standard Style Empire. The Icicle Alliance has done their part by blending the power of the dark side with the balance of the hop force, creating a dark beer with an out of this world hop presences. It’s a new hope for the expanding beer universe!

Drumfire Dark Lager
It's a classic Fall afternoon in Eastern Washington and there's a storm on the horizon. Like the clouds cresting the mountain range this balanced Lager, with a medium-low body, is dark yet comforting. High in drinkability and low in hop presence, Drumfire Dark Lager offers a slight chocolate flavor without an overly sweet impression. As lightning flashes and thunder rumbles low in the distance, remember that much like the storm, this great seasonal Lager soon will pass.

Hellgrazer Helles Bock
Helles Bocks are traditionally brewed in the spring, so it makes sense for our latest limited release to be true to this classic style. While this version of Bock is slightly lighter in color, it’s 7.5% ABV is proof this mean little devil packs a punch. Whether you’re feasting on it’s mild hop presence, a bit of fresh grass, or on lost souls; Hellgrazer is a beer that’s much closer to Heaven than Hell.

Ill Eagle Imperial IPA
This is a double IPA that shouldn’t cross state lines, can’t be registered, and I wouldn’t tell your mom about it. We made Carpenter Ranch in Yakima an offer on their hops that they couldn’t refuse and brewed a complex beer that’s flavor forward and full of aroma. When money laundering, bribes, and prohibition take their toll, the baddest birds dip their beaks into this bitter yet smooth full flavored ale.

Kickstand Easy Ale

Lil' Willy American Stout
You know how some people take a perfectly fine truck and add big tires, lift kits and tasteful mud flaps? Well we did that with a little modification to the Foreign Extra Stout by adding some good ol' red, white, and blue. Well it’s more like pale, dark, and green… pale and dark as in the malt bill and green as in hops. With a whopping 60 IBU’s, this American Stout has a surprisingly well-timed hoppy balance paired with a smooth roasted finish.
ABV: 6.5% IBU: 60 OG: 16.1°P FG: 4.3°P
Oaked Lifeguard

If variety is the spice of life, would that make Pale Ales the beer of life? We love the fact that this classic beer can come in all shapes and sizes and it’s our goal to explore the far reaches of this adventurous style in search of the perfect Pale. Hence the Pale Ale Project, which is now on it’s 5th Pale Ale (coincidentally, in our 5th year of brewing). Like all our Pales, the top-secret recipe is guarded by a half-dozen rowdy brewers armed with a bad sense of fashion and poor table manners!

Pear-Linner Weisse
To celebrate our valley growing more deluxe organic pears than anywhere in the nation, IBC used regional hand pressed pears to add a light and pleasantly sweet surprise to this mildly soured wheat. Rosie Boa
What was once a bud of an idea has finally blossomed into an instant classic. Inspired by the abundance of Rose Hips surrounding our town, we've added dried rose hips to the conditioning take of our German-Style Sour Ale resulting in an uniquely local beer. Similar to a Berliner Weisse, Rosie Boa is tangy on the tastebuds but it's the floral rose hips that give this beer such beautiful contrast.

Snow Creek Kölsch
As the frigid water of Icicle Creek tumbles down the canyon, pouring over boulders, churning in eddies, foam and froth billowing from beneath, it dreams of one day becoming the greatest beer ever. A German Style Ale that delicately balances subtle fruit flavors and aromas with a subdued maltiness, a beer that’s fresh like an alpine spring and as crisp as a mountain breeze. It dreams of brewing up to be the refreshing Snow Creek Kölsch.
ABV: 5.0% IBU: 21 OG: 11.7°P FG: 2.3°P
Snowbockalypse Doppelbock
One of our favorite winter seasonals (as well as one of our firsts), Snowbockalypse is a deep brown lager with ruby highlights. An ode to Rudolph’ red nosed feat (guiding Kris Kringle on the stormiest winter night, thus saving Christmas), the heavy, rich, and sweet (St. Nicolas reference) malt notes carry this beer like Sinterklaas carried all those gifts that fateful night. So here’s to the snowstorm that brought us Rudolph, his red nose, and this excellent beer!

Strictly Business Darker Than Pale Ale
Look past the Dr. Dre t-shirt and Van Halen poster, and you’ll see our brewers are all business. Like their musical tastes, they’ve found a healthy dose of balance in our newest creation. With the father/son duo of Troy and Keith Chadd at the helm, we’ve crafted a Strong Pale Ale with less focus on hops and more attention to the dark roasted grains. While it AIN’T NOTHIN BUT A BREW THANG to them, we’re sure you’ll be impressed with their efforts!
ABV: 7.5% IBU: 36 OG: 17.1°P FG: 3.1°P
Timbertown Brown
Timbertown Brown is a new brew with an old school nod to the rough & tumble times in Leavenworth’s history. The medium intensity in both malt flavor and aroma pairs perfectly with it’s caramel and chocolate-like malty characters. A solid hop backbone is evident in this incredibly drinkable beer which boasts an obvious hop bitterness paired with medium hop flavor and aroma. We won’t go into detail regarding the color of the beer… that should be a bit obvious.
*Available on tap and in 22oz bottles.
ABV: 6.5% IBU: 68 OG: 16.1°P FG: 4.2°P
Tres Hombres
What's better than two beers? Three of course. Especially when you're with Tres Hombres. Due to this simple law of mathematical beer drinking, we have brewed a Mexican-Style Lager aimed at being the go-to beer for these situations. Amber in color, this beer resembles the Vienna-style beer many German's brewed when they immigrated to Mexico in the mid 1800's. Now a mere 200 years later, we have taken this classic style and made it into the perfect summertime beverage for you and ALL your compadres. Salud!

Von Priebe Vanilla Porter
When Push Comes to Shove, even if you have One Foot Out the Door, this beer will make all you Sinners Swing! Consider this a Fair Warning, although I know you’ll Hear About it Later! From the Mean Streets of Leavenworth, between brewing, Dirty Movies and a Sunday Afternoon in the Park, the Unchained Dean Von Priebe has added a hint of Vanilla to his award winning Porter. So this is Love?... YES.
ABV: 6.5% IBU: 34 OG: 15.7°P FG: 3.8°P
Winter Drumfire Dark Lager
As fall turns to winter so too has our latest seasonal. We've taken our already stellar Drumfire Dark Lager, which is high in drinkability and low in hop presence offering a slight chocolate flavor without an overly sweet impression, and infused hints of vanilla, orange, and cinnamon. Adding just enough winter cheer to withstand any dark and stormy night.
ABV: 5.0% IBU: 14 OG: 12.8°P FG: 3.5°P
Woody Goomsbock Oak Aged Doppelbock
We love our town. We love the people, the land, and even the funky “je ne sais quoi” that is Leavenworth. So why not take one of our favorite funky winter seasonals (Snowbockalypse), age it in local wine barrels for a few months and see what we get? The result? Woody Goomsbock, a deep brown lager with sublte oak, raisin, and caramel undertones. It’s a beer with a slight warming sensation at the finish and of course a certain “je ne sais bock”.
