This modern West Coast IPA is brewed in collaboration with Project 9 Brewing from Seattle, designed to showcase bold hop flavors with a crisp, dry finish and an extra-pale color. A dynamic blend of Crosby Strata, YCH Mosaic Cryo, Crosby Chinook, and YCH Simcoe Cryo hops delivers intense tropical, citrus, and pine notes, complemented by subtle hints of berry and melon.
